LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – Commissioners in Lake County are set to discuss a proposed ordinance aimed at cracking down on noise issues on the Lake Dora Sandbar during Tuesday’s county commission meeting.
Most people in Lake County will tell you the Lake Dora Sandbar is a popular spot for boaters on weekends and holidays, especially during the summer.
However, residents living near the sandbar say the music coming from some boats has become too much.
The Lake Dora Sandbar sits just off Deer Island.
