A renovated Queen Anne Victorian mansion in Greenwich is on the market again with a price tag of $27.5 million.

The home at 276 Otter Rock Drive sits on 1.67 acres inside a guard-gated enclave that looks out toward Long Island Sound. The Belle Haven neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in town, making it among the priciest areas in Connecticut.

The house spans 11,500 square feet across four floors with eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. A detached carriage house holds a poolside loggia and a three-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge. It adds space for guests or staff.

A wraparound porch drapes the front of the home, adding a historic feature.

Despite being 135 years old, the mansion is strikingly modern inside. That's thanks to design firm Markham Roberts, one of Architectural Design's top 100 interior design companies worldwide, which updated the interiors.

The home boasts a library featuring jewel-toned fabrics and mixed patterns for a unique look. The dining room sits by a fireplace. A butler’s pantry links it to the kitchen. A large island topped with white marble anchors the space. A window-lined breakfast room opens to a brick loggia that overlooks the gardens.

The second floor holds four bedrooms, including the primary suite, which features a private balcony, a two-room dressing area, and a marble bath. Two studies, which can be converted into bedrooms, sit inside a turret.

The basement has a gym, a glass-front wine cellar, and a media lounge and recreation area with a double-sided fireplace.

Landscape architect Paul Gazerwitz crafted the broad lawns trimmed by hedges and shaded by trees. The swimming pool hides among the foliage.

A covered patio beside it has a wet bar and bath. A staircase leads to the guest apartment above the three-car garage.
