Bronx man won’t return to prison for additional 17 years

A judge ruled that Andre Brown will not have to return to prison after spending 23 years behind bars for attempted murder. Brown’s conviction was vacated and he lived with his family for two years before a court ruled he may need to return to prison for an additional 17 years.
