The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) and Idaho State Police (ISP) are launching their yearly winter driving safety campaign.

In anticipation of the return of winter conditions to Idaho roads, the agencies sent a press release Nov. 24 announcing the annual initiative to decrease accidents by increasing awareness of various seasonal hazards and the recommended precautions to mitigate them.
