FARGO — Think how many times you've played the game.
In the sand, on the dusty hood of a car, a notebook or even your phone.
Now, a retired Fargo inventor and entrepreneur has brought tic-tac-toe to a new level with his new game called Tic Stack Toe.
"I could've won! I think I was sleeping," Ron Bergan says laughing at a Sons of Norway table. Bergan admits his stiffest competition comes from three of his youngest neighbors. Harper, A.Z. and Sloan.
"We say that it is good for 5-year olds and 105 year olds," Bergan said of his game.
Bergan, who spent years as an entrepreneur and inventor, took his vast experience with 3-D printing to come up with Tic Stack Toe.
The $25 game, which features a stacking element, is compact and perfect for . . . "On a plane, on a car," Harper said.
