COLUMBUS, Ohio — Paula Lambert has been waiting for the title to the 2017 Kia Soul she helped her brother buy since March.
She finally got it just before Thanksgiving.
The update came a few days after 10 Investigates aired a months-long investigation into her title transfer troubles.
"I got a call from the BMV investigator's office yesterday," she told us in November.
10 Investigates first interviewed her in October. At the time, the Kia was unable to be driven.
"We just have a car that we can't use. I mean, it's just, we can't sell it, we can't drive it, it's just sitting in the garage," she told us at the time.
According to Lambert, she and her brother bought the car from someone they found on Facebook. And they said the sale went alright.
However, she said the problems started
