GLOVERSVILLE — Gloversville Enlarged School District voters will decide Dec. 9 the fate of a $40 million plan to replace the middle school roof, renovate Boulevard Elementary, reconfigure traffic patterns at Park Terrace Elementary and install an artificial turf field at Husky Stadium.
