Tennessee Titans running back Julius Chestnut is claiming that Jacksonville Jaguars punter Logan Cooke threatened to kill him during Sunday’s 25-3 loss. You read that correctly.
A punter allegedly sent a death threat in the middle of a game.
The incident went down late in the third quarter when Chestnut blocked Cooke as the punter tried to trip Titans returner Chimere Dike during a 47-yard return. Cooke was hurt and evaluated for a possible concussion, but returned to punt later in the game.
Multiple scuffles occurred during the game, one of which included Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
A second scuffle further went down after Dike’s 13-yard return, with Chestnut and Cooke facing off again. Penalties were thrown, and Titans safety Mike Brown was ejected. Logan Cooke and long snapper
