Luigi Mangione, the man accused of killing the head of America’s largest health care company on a Midtown sidewalk last year, is due back in Manhattan court Monday for an evidence hearing that could make or break his state case. Mangione, who has supporters outside the courthouse, is expected to shed his tan jail scrubs and don a suit during what could be a week-long hearing.
