FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno Police Department has identified Maurice Session as the suspect accused of shooting at his Uber driver on Thanksgiving.
The shooting happened around 8:15 p.m. on South Tupman Street in Southwest Fresno.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the 40-year-old victim in his car.
Investigators say that the victim had picked up a man and a woman for a ride. Once they were in the vehicle, Session got into an argument with the victim and slapped him.
The victim told the suspects to get out of the car and threatened to call the police.
Session pulled out a handgun and shot at the victim multiple times, with one of the bullets grazing his head.
The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and has been released.
