MACOMB COUNTY, MI – A 15-year-old is facing felony charges after allegedly stealing a Jeep and fleeing from police until he crashed the stolen vehicle, police say.
Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido said Jeremiah Collins, 15, is being arraigned as an adult due to the severity of the allegations.
Collins, of Roseville, was arraigned Monday, Dec. 1, in 39th District Court on multiple charges including carjacking, fleeing from a police officer, malicious destruction of personal property and carrying a dangerous weapon.
