Youngstown area Goodwill and Penguin City Brewing spent Monday afternoon decorating over a dozen Christmas trees donated by Goodwill customers.

The trees decorated during the event will be sold to the public, fully decorated, with proceeds donated to Goodwill.

"The main reason we are doing this is so we can connect with downtown Youngstown," Joseph Catullo, marketing and relationship coordinator at Goodwill, said. "For the second straight year, we have donated trees and decorations to Penguin City Brewing."

Catullo mentioned that the success of last year's tree decorating and fundraising event with the brewery helped ensure they'd be back this year to promote and donate to several area causes.
