Fox, who officers say later admitted he had used cocaine shortly before the collision. Newly released arrest records also state that substances found in his truck also tested positive for methamphetamine.

The updated details follow the crash reported last Tuesday at Terragona Boulevard and San Ambrose Avenue, where officers found siblings Christina and Robert Lemay injured in the roadway. Christina was bleeding from the head and transported to a hospital by ambulance with “serious injuries,” authorities said, after both were treated at the scene by Maricopa Fire and Medical Department crews.
