Montgomery police confirmed Dec. 1 that they are investigating two separate, apparently unrelated homicide cases that left two people dead on Thanksgiving week.
At about 4:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, police and fire medics went to the 2600 block of Shadowood Court on a report of a person shot, said Lt. Ernestina McGriff, spokeswoman for the Montgomery Police Department. They found A'Daesia Robbins, 28, of Montgomery, who had suffered fatal injuries from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead, McGriff said. The preliminary investigation determined that the incident is related to domestic violence, she said.
