LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Bundled up and braving the cold, a line of people waited patiently outside the Old Forester Tasting Room Friday morning.

The distillery released its President’s Choice Bourbon in limited quantity.

“It’s a rare choice,” Brett Halbleib, a Kentucky native who lives in Colorado, said. “It’s a fun thing to do when I’m back in town too, is to hit a couple distilleries and see what’s going on.”

Old Forester joined other distilleries and retailers with special releases and deals to kick off the Holiday season.
