MANTIWOC (NBC 26) — The case surrounding the death of three-year-old Elijah Vue is still far from over.

Monday morning, defense attorneys for Katrina Baur, the boy's mother, asked for more time to review her case.

Baur and her boyfriend Jesse Vang are both charged in connection with the toddler's death.

Baur's next hearing is set for January 8. Vang is also due in court that day.
