TELL CITY, Ind. (WFIE) - Crews are currently on scene of a big fire at the United Way offices in Tell City.

A viewer shared photos from near the scene that show bright flames and dark smoke billowing into the sky.

United Way of Perry County posted about the fire on social media and asked everyone to pray.

“Yes, the United Way Office is located here as well as the Angel Store - we know we will rally and our community will support us!” they said. “Please send all of your prayers to our board and director, Lacy as they are devastated right now!”

The building is also shared by Perry County News.

Several viewers tell us crews have closed the highway in that area.
