A woman is seriously injured after being struck by the driver of a Lamborghini Urus in the Harbourfront area on Monday evening, according to officials.

Toronto police responded to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a Lamborghini near Yonge Street Queens Quay West , just before 7:15 p.m., officers said in a post to X .

The woman was rushed to a local trauma centre with injuries that are serious, but not life-threatening, paramedics said.

Meanwhile, the driver of a Lamborghini Urus fled the area after the collision.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to call the police.
