SWISSVALE, Pa. —

Officials have released new surveillance video in hopes of identifying a suspect involved in the 2022 shooting death of a 31-year-old woman in Swissvale.

In a post from the Allegheny County Police Department Monday, officials said they are releasing multiple surveillance videos showing the person officials are looking for.

On December 28, 2022, Swissvale police were called to the 2200 block of Hawthorne Avenue for a report of shots fired, the post stated.

When officers arrived at the scene, they said they encountered a gray Cadillac that had crashed into another vehicle. Multiple shell casings were seen near the vehicle, and 31-year-old Chanel Palmer was discovered in the passenger’s sea
