A West Palm Beach penthouse duplex at South Flagler House is on the market for $69.5 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
The luxury condo building, at 1355 S. Flagler Drive, was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects ( whose founder died last week ) and envisioned by Miami Dolphins owner and mega-developer Stephen Ross. His Related Ross company is leading West Palm Beach’s transformation from sleepy Palm Beach neighbor to a new epicenter for finance and tech, with Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan offices and an upcoming graduate campus for Vanderbilt University.
