GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Lake City Council members voted to approve an agreement that would end a dispute over the old Lake Shore Hospital with the Lake Shore Hospital Authority.

The agreement settles land use questions as well as concerns over how the facility will be used.

The agreement must be approved by the authority next week and will be included in the agreement to transfer the hospital to Meridian Healthcare.
