CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The former president of Summa Health Medical Group has pleaded not guilty to charges of violating Ohio’s revenge porn law .
Vivek Bhalla, 45, of Copley, pleaded not guilty on Monday in Summit County Court of Common Pleas on the felony charge.
He was accused of sending an explicit photo of a woman to her family, friends and business associates in October.
When police questioned Bhalla, he said he did not send the photos and that other people had had access to his phone.
Bhalla was previously fired from his job at Summa Health Medical Group. Based in Akron, Summa is one of the largest healthcare providers in Northeast Ohio.
