BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Med Center Health is preparing to host its annual Make the Season Bright fundraiser at the Hospitality House.

The house provides a place for families of patients to stay while their loved ones receive care.

The event offers a special way to remember those who have passed, as lights are turned on across the Med Center campus for the holiday season.

Staff say it’s a meaningful tradition not just for the community, but for them as well.

“It’s just so great to have everyone under one roof celebrating loved ones who may have passed and just celebrating Christmas spirit in general. It’s just a great community event for everybody to come together as one,” Med Center Health Foundation coordinator Breona Shanklin says.
