PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Christmas tree shopping season has arrived, and one Phoenix family business is marking four decades of holiday tradition.
The Munoz Family Christmas Tree Lot continues to draw customers, who return year after year, not just for trees but for the family atmosphere that defines the business.
“It feels like Christmas, really feels like holidays being around family and grandkids, very fun,” said Alexis Rogers, who bought a Christmas tree at the lot.
Four decades of growth
Norma Munoz started selling Christmas trees in front of her house 40 years ago with her late husband, Jimmy. What began as a fun hobby has grown into a thriving local business, now supported by Norma’s five children, 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren who help greet shoppers.
