McDonald's shoppers are angry over a shortage of a popular menu item - which could last for DAYS. McDonald's customers are livid after being told they cannot order water with their children’s meals.

Some punters are baffled - while other customers said they fear the fast food chain has implemented a “new policy” to ban water for kids.

The McDonald’s UK website currently displays a warning that Nestlé Pure Life water in 250ml and 500ml is “Not available in all Restaurants”. One customer raged: “McDonaldsUK new policy NO WATER for children- disgraceful!”
