A driver killed in a Thanksgiving Eve crash in South Brunswick was identified Monday as a 61-year-old township resident.
The three-vehicle crash happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 on New Road between Route 522 and Route 1, according to a statement from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
Investigators said a 24-year-old Manalapan woman was driving a 2017 Subaru Legacy west on New Road when she crossed the double yellow line and collided with a 2000 Dodge Caravan.
The Caravan was driven by Nancy Krauss, 61, of South Brunswick.
Following the initial crash, a 2012 Subaru Outback driven by a 42-year-old South Brunswick woman rear-ended the Caravan, the prosecutor’s office said.
