The festive season is in full swing, with many Christmas trees, wreaths and tinsel decorations hanging from every crevice of houses in Britain.
Christmas lights are another speciality at this time of the year, with many homes decked out in bright lights, inflatable snowmen and light-up reindeer.
While these festive goods are undoubtedly lovely to look at, they can hit your energy bill hard. According to Uswitch, around 34 million Brits will hang up Christmas lights this year.
However, one in ten have said they are reducing how many lights they are using due to fears over high energy bills.
