Chillicothe Police were kept busy throughout Saturday, November 29, responding to a wide variety of calls ranging from disorderly conduct and drug overdoses to burglary and traffic incidents, according to the department’s Daily Media Report.

The first call came just before 2 a.m., when officers were dispatched to the Ross County Jail lobby on North Paint Street for a report of a disorderly and intoxicated individual creating a risk of harm. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Minutes later, at 1:52 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted in the area of State Route 772 and Patton Hill Road for a vehicle with a taillight out. Police noted that the investigation remains active.

At 2:09 a.m., officers responded to the Pilot Gas Station on East Main Street for a reported drug overdose
