EVANSVILLE – Eyewitnesses saw a group of "kids" running from the scene seconds after a teenager was shot and killed on Evansville's South Side on Nov. 26.
That comes from 911 audio Evansville Central Dispatch released to the Courier & Press Monday morning, five days after 17-year-old Henderson, Kentucky boy Josiah Madrid was found shot to death in the 1700 block of Marshall Avenue. Two others were injured, including a 15-year-old boy, police have said. Residents discovered the victims in and around a Honda parked along a nearby apartment complex.
