WASHINGTON, D.C. – The White House is now adorned with festive decorations, thanks to the efforts of hundreds of volunteers over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Public tours at the White House are set to resume on Tuesday. Tours had been paused due to President Trump's ballroom project.
The White House has revealed that this year's holiday decorations, designed under the direction of First Lady Melania Trump, follow the theme "home is where the heart is."
The decorations feature a gingerbread White House, 51 trees throughout the residence, and the official White House Christmas tree, which came from a farm in Michigan.
