NJ.com combed through every conference to recognize the standout runners, teams, and coaches who left their mark during the 2025 season.

Below are our boys postseason honors for the Big North Conference.

Runner of the Year: Michael McGinnity, Hackensack, Sr.

Already a household name in Bergen County, McGinnity made his mark statewide during his final high school cross-country season. The Monmouth University commit captured both the Big North Freedom Division and Bergen County Group A titles before closing the regular season with a runner-up finish at the Bergen County Meet of Champions, where he ran a personal-best 15:38. McGinnity added the North 1, Group 4 sectional crown with a 16:00 performance, then placed third in the Group 4
