NJ.com went through every conference to honor the top runners, teams, and coaches across the state this fall that made their mark during the 2025 season.

Athlete of the Year: Katherine Keating, Ridgewood, Sr.

No runner in North Jersey ran the kind of times Keating did throughout the regular season & postseason. The Ridgewood junior finished the 2025 season with a Holmdel PR of 17:53 and a Darlington Park course best of 17:46, the latter time being No. 8 all-time in course history. Both times were also the fastest among all Big North competitors. She won both the Bergen County Group A & overall Bergen County MOC title this year, clocking her Darlington PR of 17:46
