Presenter Holly Willoughby has pleaded guilty to knocking a scooter rider off their bike in an accident that occurred in August. The former This Morning host was accused of careless driving in relation to an incident on 28 August.

On that day, Willoughby was behind the wheel of her Mini Cooper near her west London home when she knocked a scooter rider to the ground.

The Dancing on Ice presenter didn't appear in court for the hearing set for today, 2 December, but pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention via post (via The Daily Mail ).

The publication reports that the court was shown footage of Willoughby in her vehicle as she turned right into a side street without indicating. As the scooter rider attempted to overtake her, they were knocked to the ground
