Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and his team are facing questions and criticism after the Washington Post reported that he ordered the killing of “everybody” during an operation targeting an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean Sea, which controversially included a follow-up strike on survivors of an initial strike.
