Disorderly conduct, Rockside Road

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 5:53 p.m. Nov. 8 when employees at a gas station reported he was panhandling and disturbing customers outside the store. The man was reportedly holding a can of beer and refused to provide officers with his identification. He was cited for disorderly conduct and open container in a public place, and was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Police responded to a call from a hotel employee at 12:30 a.m. Nov. 9 that a possibly impaired person was seen driving away from the property.
