Dog walker 'run over' by quad biker after asking them to slow down View 2 Images

A woman who says she asked a quad bike rider to slow down while she was walking dogs in a park says she was the victim of a slow-motion hit-and-run. Mary Doig, a professional dog walker, sustained injuries in the incident and was left in tears.

Mary, known as Frankie, was walking three canines through Drinkwater Park in Prestwich, North Manchester, when she spotted a van arrive which appeared to have three men, a boy and a toddler on board. She says she later saw them riding a quad bike and a motorbike around the country park, reports Manchester Evening News .
