One of the suspects in a fatal mass shooting that occurred in January 2023 in Huntsville has had all charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.

Trinton Bouldin, of Huntsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of assault for his alleged participation in a shooting at the Legacy Center on Highway 72 that claimed the lives of two and wounded more than 10 others.
