Luigi Mangione is scheduled to head back to court Tuesday morning for the second day of a high-stakes hearing in his state criminal case for allegedly killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year. The pre-trial hearing, which began on Monday , is set to resume in a New York City courtroom at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
