Shenandoah Valley, Central Virginia brace for first winter storm of the year

Roads were brined, snowplows stood at the ready, schools prepared for delayed openings, and the entire Skyline Drive was closed ahead of Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley's first winter storm of the year Monday night.
