The William Henshaw Chapter, NSDAR, entered into the season of gratitude and thanks with a schedule of events to mark November milestones. Regent Deborah E. Hammond and Vice-Regent J. Pamela Brush, attended the Oct. 30 meeting of the Berkeley County Commission to request proclamations to observe the annual National American Indian Heritage Month and a Veterans Day remembrance.

At the November 1st regular meeting, Speaker Mike Hannin attended and provided insight into his military service with the Air Force and Air Guard as part of the Veterans Month observance for the month of November.
