Selkirk’s Chief Administrative Officer, Duane Nicol, has been named the first-ever recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Leadership in Municipal Administration, a new honour recognizing exceptional vision, integrity and service in Manitoba’s municipal sector.
