The DVSA has issued a caution to motorists following increased "surveillance" measures being implemented. The DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) is intensifying monitoring efforts to catch the sale of unlawful retrofit headlamp bulbs intended for road use, with offenders potentially facing penalties reaching £2,500.
