Newcastle United are aiming to make it three Premier League wins in a row tonight as they face Tottenham Hotspur at St James' Park on the back of consecutive victories over Manchester City and Everton.

Eddie Howe's side have an excellent home record, and have already beaten Spurs 2-0 in the Carabao Cup earlies this season, and know they can make headway in the table with three points tonight and again against Burnley this coming weekend.

United will be without Nick Pope, Sven Botman and Kieran Trippier, while Yoane Wissa's debut will probably have to wait a little while longer, although the striker is now very close to his first appearance in Newcastle colours.
