Luigi Mangione is scheduled to head back to court Tuesday morning for the second day of a high-stakes hearing in his state criminal case for allegedly killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year.

The pre-trial hearing, which began on Monday , is set to resume in a New York City courtroom at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Prosecutors have not yet disclosed their next witnesses, but they are expected to call some of the first responders from the day of Mangione's arrest at some point during the suppression hearing.
