Bloodied woman dragged from Portage gas station results in kidnapping charge

PORTAGE — A 23-year-old Lake Station man faces a kidnapping charge after allegedly punching a woman he knows in the face and dragging her out of a local gas station by her throat where she had went seeking help, according to Portage police.
