CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - An 18-year-old was placed under a $5.3 million bond in connection with at least 16 shootings into occupied dwellings across Charlotte, according to police.
Dai’Quan Mills was arrested most recently on Nov. 13 in connection with a shooting on Redwood Drive. He was then charged with fifteen counts of shooting into occupied dwelling, felony conspiracy, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and two counts of property damage.
He was served with warrants from another shooting and charged with another into occupied dwelling charge and felony conspiracy.
Before that, he was arrested on Oct. 22 and Nov. 8.
From Oct. 22 through Nov. 17, Mills was charged with:
16 counts of shooting into occupied dwelling
Two counts of felony conspiracy
Two counts of damage to property
