An Eversource employee used a bucket truck to save a woman from three-alarm fire in Somerville on Monday.

The Somerville Fire Department responded to reports of a fire at 47 Marion St., a six-unit row house, near Lincoln Park, according to a statement from the City of Somerville.

Prior to the fire department’s arrival, an Eversource employee used his bucket truck to rescue a woman after she climbed out of a front window onto a small porch roof, city officials told Boston.com via email.

The woman was transported to a local hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, officials said. No other injuries were reported.
