Rodney Harrison is quelling any concern his now-viral freeze-up on “Sunday Night Football ” sparked.

Speaking to MassLive, the two-time Super Bowl champion safety with the Patriots said he was “working on a few hours of sleep” before appearing on NBC’s broadcast of the Commanders-Broncos tilt on Sunday.

“I was exhausted working on a few hours of sleep watching my son play Saturday night. I had 3 hours of sleep on Sunday and had to work all day,” Harrison told the outlet via text Monday. “I was suffering from exhaustion. But I’m good.”

Harrison’s son, Christian, is a safety on the Cincinnati Bearcats, who lost to the TCU Horned Frogs in Fort Worth on Nov. 29.

MassLive reported the elder Harrison traveled from Texas to Maryland for the Week 13 clash at Northwest Stadium.
