Yuki Tsunoda has been dropped from the Formula 1 grid for 2026. Red Bull have confirmed the promotion of Isack Hadjar to partner Max Verstappen next year, while the retention of Liam Lawson and promotion of teenager Arvid Lindblad to his first F1 seat means there is no room at either of their teams for Tsunoda .
Hadjar only turned 21 in September but has enjoyed an impressive debut season, including a podium finish at Zandvoort in August. His reward is to partner Verstappen at the start of next year, taking the seat in which both Lawson and Tsunoda flailed ate different points in the current campaign.
