LEBANON, Mo. (KY3) - Paislee Arnold is a very energetic baby and seems to get into everything!

“I think she’s the baby that just loves to explore anything, figure out how everything works,” said her mom, Jazmine Arnold. “She loves to take things apart to figure out how they work.”

Jazmine had gestational diabetes while she was pregnant.

Paislee started having trouble right after she was born.

“She couldn’t eat, so we ended up having to go to the NICU and she had to learn to eat. Drink out of a bottle, that was 12 days of that,” Jazmine said.

Tests revealed that Paislee had mild hearing loss. She also has a condition affects her balance.

Paislee also has dysphagia, which makes it difficult for her to swallow, so she needed expensive formula.
